Quickie Update. Said there would be frequent ones, let’s see if I can keep that up. Read about these smores on serious eats, my favorite food blog out there (Ed Levine is a foodie genius) and had to try them. Once again, Ed steers you right. These are incredible. The dark chocolate is rich and flavorful, the marshmallow fluffy and fresh, the graham cracker light and flavorful, and most importantly the little stripe of dulce de leche they add takes these to a whole new plateau. Go. Eat. Now.
